Often, after helping clients define strategies and plans, we are asked to step in and help implement the communication aspects of the digital marketing strategy.
We can do this in three ways: either by Project Managing your existing resources, or by training and mentoring your personnel, or by becoming your agency.
As an agency, we can define and run truly innovative digital campaigns; take over social media content and community management; analyze and optimize your on-page SEO and your content strategy; or create and send email campaigns. We can do this as a one-off, such as for the launch of an app or the promotion of an event. Or, we can contract to handle your marketing communications on an ongoing basis. If necessary, we’ll give you dedicated resources who can be placed in your own offices so they assimilate the brand ethos and gain real communication efficiencies.
As a PM, we will step in to manage your existing resources, either in-house or external. We will get your resources aligned with each other and with the task schedule. We’ll define the outcomes for each communications project, and work back to design processes and systems which will give you the best impact for your budget.
As trainers or mentors we can get hands-on with your people and ensure that they learn to do this in the most creative and effective way possible. Our intent here is to make you as independent as possible. So we start out by looking at the skills, talent and time available in your current resources compared with the scope and complexity of the communication task. We put together a resource plan and a road-map to your desired future. We structure a program that will build the skills and motivation needed to make you self-sufficient. And we’ll make a business case for any recruitment you’ll have to do to complete your in-house team.
